I’m Dr. Marino—a physician, mother, wife, entrepreneur, and the founder of the ELLEvateHER Project, a space created for women who are ready to rise in their health and in their lives.
For much of my life, I was pouring into everyone around me: my patients, my family, my work, and my community. I was constantly moving, constantly giving, constantly expected to be everything for everyone. What I wasn’t doing was pausing long enough to take care of myself with the same intention I offered others.
Motherhood, career growth, and entrepreneurship made something clear:
We cannot elevate others if we leave ourselves behind.
My Clinical Purpose

With more than a decade in family medicine, my work has always centered on caring for women across every stage of life. I’m passionate about helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies, make informed decisions, navigate hormonal and lifestyle changes, and build healthier habits that support long-term wellness.
I believe knowledge is power—and when women understand their health, they advocate for themselves with confidence.
Beyond the Clinic

My commitment to service extends into community medicine, where I’ve worked with underserved populations and supported pathways for students and young professionals—especially aspiring clinicians of color—to gain meaningful exposure and mentorship. This work continously grounds me in my purpose and reminds me why I chose medicine: to serve, to educate, and to empower.
The ELLEvateHER Project
The ELLEvateHER Project was created to bridge the gap between evidence-based medicine and practical, accessible education. Here, women find:
- Clear, understandable health information
- Lifestyle and wellness guidance
- Tools for mindset and mental well-being
- Support through podcast episodes, blog content, and digital resources
- A community grounded in empowerment—not perfection
My mission is simple:
To help women rise—one intentional, informed step at a time.
Whether you’re here for the podcast, the blog, or the wellness resources, I’m grateful you’ve joined this community.
We rise higher when we rise together.
